Meet Molly

Executive Coach. Entrepreneur. Operator. Team Builder.
My career has always lived inside the worlds of food, beverage, and hospitality, building products, leading teams, and solving the ‘people challenges’ that make or break a business.

I founded and operated a specialty food manufacturing and distribution company, launched my own CPG brand (Miss Molly’s), and supported emerging food and beverage brands as they scaled production and strengthened operations.

As a real estate and hospitality investor, I’ve backed boutique and branded hotel projects that blend operational excellence with culture, experience, and long-term value. My work as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Educator and Coach deepened my commitment to supporting founders and teams in high-pressure environments.

Along the way, I earned my Professional Executive Coach Certification through the Co-Active Training Institute and expanded my focus to helping leaders improve communication, alignment, and team dynamics, the core drivers of retention and performance.

Today, I coach founders, operators, and executives who want to:

  • build cohesive, accountable teams
  • communicate clearly and lead confidently
  • develop leaders at every level
  • strengthen culture and stability

 

I also serve as Chair of the Board at an independent boarding school, where I support leadership development and long-term strategic vision.

We begin with alignment.

Before anything else, we make sure we’re a fit. Coaching is a serious investment of time, energy, and trust. If we decide to move forward, we commit to a six-month partnership designed to support your full transformation, personally and professionally.

Step 2: Discovery & Designed Alliance

We co-create the foundation.

In our first session, we’ll clarify the structure of our work together, defining how we’ll engage, what you need to feel supported, and the outcomes you want to pursue. You’ll walk away with a personalized framework that anchors everything we do.

Step 3: Values, Goals, and Vision

We get clear on what really matters.

We’ll dive into your core values, define meaningful goals, and map out what success looks like on your terms. This stage sets the tone not just for where you’re going, but how you want to feel while getting there.

Step 4: Ongoing Coaching Sessions

We meet regularly. You move intentionally.

Based on your needs, we’ll meet weekly or biweekly via Zoom. Each session centers around a topic of your choice and ends with clear action steps. We’ll also collaborate on how you want to be held accountable so your progress stays consistent and aligned.
